About Me

During I did peer mentoring for a year where I was mentoring a student studying GCSE Biology and Chemistry. I was able to assist the student according to their needs and helped him to progress from a grade 4 to grade 7 in both subjects. I also was a Chemistry Prefect in my school who was involved in lunchtime sessions offering help for any GCSEs students struggling chemistry. Through both experiences I was able to showcase commitment and clear communication which is required by a tutor. I was able transfer my knowledge and my exam skills to the students I taught. I am highly adaptable as I can modify my way of teaching to make it easier for the student to grasp an understanding of the subject. I was able to provide quick shortcut methods which were highly beneficial when I was doing My Exams.
